Project Intersect

Everlyn Hansley is a regular girl who feels anything but normal.

Living in New York City might seem like some girl's dream, but living with an oblivious guardian, and having social anxiety and depression isn’t exactly the greatest thing in the world.

All she wants to do is go back to live in the forest with her parents. After the car crash that left her parentless with hardly any recollection of her old life, she was taken to the city and has been living in darkness ever since, with no friends, no family, just her. Alone.

Until one day she begins having strange dreams about her childhood imaginary friend, Endan, begging her desperately for help. Everlyn is taken on a wild ride to save her friend she’d forgotten for so long, jumping through hoops to try and save someone who might not actually exist.

Endan is trapped.

Same with everybody he knows. He is being experimented on due to the fact he is a previously unknown sub-species of human located in upstate New York. He got his whole village captured to save the girl he loves, Everlyn. He has a plan to get everyone out, but for that to work, he needs her to remember him. But it’s been so long, when she does remember him, will she even be who he remembers her as? Will she care enough to save him? If she doesn’t, there's a good chance no one will ever forgive him for the betrayal of his people.

Age Rating

Project Intersect is a YA romantic suspense. It is completely clean and is safe for all ages.

Finding clean romance has always been a problem of mine and I want to make it easier for parents to find safe romance for young teens.

In addition to this, there is also no swearing or sexual references.

Fun Facts

Project Intersect started out as a drawing of a little girl playing hide-and-seek with her "imaginary" friend in the woods

Project Intersect took almost 3 years to write, plus a couple more just living inside Naz's head

Project Goodbye did not exist in the first draft

Everlyn started off as a clone of Naz, but quickly developed her own personality (completely on her own) and is VERY different from her creator
